How long did you try with the machine?

Do you still have you machine?

What problems were you having adjusting to it?

How many masks did you try?

I have sleep Apnea. I had a CPAP machine and threw it where it belongs in the trash. I could not get comfortable with the forced air or the mask. I was either waking up tired because of the Apnea or waking up tired because of the unrestful sleep. I thought that I had solved the problem by sleeping on the couch, now my back is starting to bother me. I have been doing resarch on line. I have all of the other factors involved with Apnea, I have my tonsils ( I am 35 years old), I have allergies, bad sinus problems, slightly over weight. I am seeking anyones help with alternatives to the CPAP and what you may think of them. What works the best? pillows, dental fixtures, T-shits? Any information would be greatly appriciated. Thank you.
