I just discovered that you have restarted the group and I wanted to thank you. Last year, when I was diagnosed, I looked for a NYC AWAKE group. I couldn't understand why every corner of the state had a group, but our city of 7 million people did not have one that seemed to be functioning. I can't tell you how happy I was to discover that you have revamped it. I look forward to going to the October meeting.

Could you tell me how many people have been showing up? Also, I would be interested in knowing what the topic of the September meeting was.

Hi Robert -- about 30 people showed up at the meeting in September. Strong attendance and participation. The topic of that meeting was "CPAP – Problems, Pitfalls, Promise". The upcoming October 7th NYC AWAKE meeting is on the topic of "Dreams and the Purpose of REM and NREM Sleep" -- Can't wait to meet you Robert! You'll be happy you attended.
