Matt,
I also was not aware of your SCI.
Here is some good information from Dr. Park on stuffy noses that might be of some help, http://doctorstevenpark.com/unstuff-your-stuffy-nose . I would also encourage you to drop your humidifier setting by one each night and see what happens. If you get too dry one night, bump it back up by one the next night. Remember, the humidifier is to help keep the nasal passages from drying out and even on the highest setting will not do much for dry mouth caused by excessive mouthbreathing. There are other aids for that.
Dr. Park has a few articles lower down on this page, http://doctorstevenpark.com/index.php?s=acid+reflux , that deal with acid reflux. The second article on this page, http://doctorstevenpark.com/index.php?s=gerd , is titled, The Truth About Acid Reflux Medications.
I recommend that all sleep apnea patients take the time to read all of Dr. Park's blogs and articles at http://doctorstevenpark.com/ .
Hi 99. My PCP doc is having me try the different acid reflux meds.
