well it is done, i have completed my 2nd sleep study and it went better then i expected, did not know how i would react with a mask on my mouth and nose with air blowing in but was not no where near as bad as i had picture it in my head, she started the mask with the air on 5 and i asked her to turn it down to 4 which as you know is the lowest it will go but she turned it down to 4 then i layed down in the bed and told her she could set it back up to a 5 setting and she did and she told me after i go to sleep if she sees the need to turn the setting up to a higher setting she would do that so things went well i had problems with actually getting to sleep but finally i did , she woke me up one time coming into my room to adjust the mask and i went back to sleep and the next thing i know she was waking me up at 5 am telling me it was time to wake up, she told me she did finally turn the machine up to a setting of 10 and i seemed to settle down after that so she left it on 10 and i got enough sleep to declare the sleep study a success, what time i did sleep i think it was a more restful sleep then what i had been getting without the cpap so i think i wil be fine with the cpap, go back on april 18 th for them to set it up for me and to over how to take care of it so i feel so much better about this then before. she also went over the 1st sleep study report and i had 38 episdoes in an hour with hypoapneas which Donna M. explained what that was and a few other things about it so i am so ecited about getting started on this .
thank you guys so much for helping me
