Ernestine, You may want to start a new discussion about your insomnia instead of piggybacking on one about cataracts. No one will see it there and you completely changed the course of Hennings post on cataracts.

The symptoms of sleep apnea may include:
- daytime fatigue and sleepiness,
- insomnia,
- poor concentration and attention,
- memory problems,
- anxiety,
- irritability,
- headaches, and
- difficulty performing work duties
Do you snore? Do you wake up in the middle of the night gasping for air?
