Prior to getting my diagnosis of sleep apnea and getting it under control, I didn't dream much. This is probably pretty typical since we don't receive much REM sleep (is that the stage where you are dreaming?).
After starting therapy, I started dreaming again. For the most part, my dreams were not very vivid or what I would deem unusual. But the last few months I have been having some really weird dreams. I don't have them nightly, but at least 3 or 4 times a week. I remember the dreams when I awake, and usually find that I feel fatigued that day. Can the vivid dreams contribute to the fatigue? My numbers are still looking okay according to my data so I can't blame apneas for the fatigue.
Any ideas?
