I was surfing around the other day and seeing what is out there and ran across a "total face mask". This is not to be confused with a full face mask that covers the nose and mouth. The total face mask covers the entire face, almost like a fireman's air mask. It goes from forehead to chin and is see through so that you can still see through it.
I was wondering if anyone has used one of these and what they think. Have you had any problems with it. I guess the first thing that I think of is that I have a humidifier on my cpap as it is way too dry otherwise. And occasionally in my full face mask i get a little raining as the wet air condensates on the inside of the mask.
I find it intriguing because it says that it seals better that other masks because it is not having a pinch point to deal with like at the bridge of the nose, and I have had a lot of problems with leakage. I tend to turn over a lot in my sleep and knock my mask askew. I have my yearly next month and I if they do seem to hold their seal better I might try and get my doctor to upgrade me.
