Just wanted to follow up on my previous request for help...and thank everybody for the great suggestions. I'd been having trouble with pressure sores on my nose from my mask. I got the PAPillow and a hose buddy based on suggestions I read here and they have made a TREMENDOUS difference. I am IN LOVE with my pillow, it was absolutely worth the money. No more open sores making life miserable. My husband even commented about how happy and energetic I am this week with my new sleep setup. This community is the best experience I've had getting real, useful information. Hang in there, fellow hoseheads!

you deserve most of the credit. small improvements in your apnea regime can make a HUGE difference, but only if you're open to accepting them.
