A lot of people on this forum probably have acid reflux, so heartburn and upset stomachs are common features. But how many of you have soreness and discomfort without pain in the upper mid-abdomen upon waking, just below the ribcage? Does it ever go away by massaging the area for a few seconds? Thanks.
