I had reported in another thread feeling not as well rested as usual. But my data results looked good. So I'm looking to other clues for not feeling 100%. I took the sleep hygiene test and it appears that while I'm aware of good sleep hygiene, I don't practice what I preach always.

After taking the online test, the tool gives you your results immediately, as well as some helpful tips for improvement. My bottom line: I need to go to sleep at the same time, every night. Right now, my sleep schedule is pretty erratic.

I know all about not being able to practice what I preach Mike. For half of the week I go to bed at 9:30 am, and for the other half I get up at 9:30 am with Zoey. My sleep is crazy. I know that coffee is bad for you, but I would not be able to function without it. My wife starts school on 10/12 and will not be working anymore. I am hoping to be able to adjust to a better routine.
Well, Mike, I took the sleep hygiene test too. Turns out I don't always practice what you preach either!! LOL My results boil down to 1. Need a regular, consistent bedtime and 2. Keep a sleep journal

Oddly enough, that's EXACTLY what my new sleep doc encouraged me to do! The sleep journal, he assigned!!

I'm good on the rest of the recs though. SO, I believe I'll make a concerted effort to DO WHAT EVERYONE SAYS WILL HELP !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (Someone PLEASE crack this nut!!) LOL
