Janna, it's an interesting study, in my case it's the opposite, I love the cooler nights and find my AHI goes up in Summer, I think it's due to my body temperature raising and things like humidity, so that depends on which part of the world we live in. I always find I can get warm but find it very difficult to get cool unless I have the AC running all night which I don't do. In Australia, we have extremes, some days can be over 40c with nights getting down to mid to high 20's c in Summer and in Winter the nights can get down to 0c. I still think it comes down to the individual.
