You are viewing a 30 second epoch which contains a low amplitude, mixed frequency waves. When looking at the C3-A2 derivation, you observe some serrated waves at a frequency of about 4Hz. The chin EMG is low (lowest of the night) and there are no eye movements noted. The epoch prior to the one you are looking at has been scored correctly as stage R. This epoch should be scored as what?
