I had to exchange my machine for another one because it wasn't recording all the data. Now that I have all the data, I'm wondering what it all means?

i had trouble opening the file. could you re-attach in .pdf format or as a picture file of some sort?
This is data from a Respironics Remstar Pro M, not a Resmed. Had me confused for a second.

The file opened with no problem on my end.

I'll defer to the pros to interpret the data.
I put it in Microsoft word and fixed the name of the machine. I always get Resmed and Remstar mixed up, lol.

I am not a pro either, but i looked at the data and in my personal opinion, it looks pretty darn good to me. you have almost no apnea/hypopnea events, your leak looks to be under control, and you're using the machine regularly. if there's something alarming here, i don't see it.

how do you feel?

Everything looks fantastic with leak values. The only thing that was odd was the VS (Vibratory Snores). There are an absolute ton of them. I know that FL (Flow Limitation) is 0.0, but whenever I see evidence of snoring it makes me wonder if there isn't subtle UARS occuring. Normally people are titrated to eliminate snoring as well since it is caused by an obstruction.

To be fair, just because there is snoring it does not mean that there is still sleep disordered breathing present.

Like Mike asked, how are you feeling in the morning. If you aren't feeling you're getting the full benefit of CPAP, then it's worth an appointment.

I feel better every day. I started CPAP on July 6 so I'm still new at it. I'm not as fatigued during the day like before. I saw my doctor on August 5, but the machine was messed up and the data was bad. She didn't get to see the data. I still want to sleep during the day; I feel sleepy, not fatigued. I was shocked that the VS was so bad. I thought at the sleep lab they told me they got it under control when they went up to my current rate of 14. What would be a bad leak number?
Generally, if it's way over 40 I think it's bad.

There are charts for all the different masks and their expected and acceptable leak values. They are also dependent on pressure levels.

In general, Mike is correct. The CPAP machines are able to compensate for the leak up to a certain point. After that they simply can't put out enough air to keep the upper-airway pressure to your prescribed setting.
It's awesome how you're feeling so much better. Hope it keeps up for you.
