Redness on face after sleep study...help!

I had a sleep study last night, and the goop the tech put on before the leads was very sticky.

In the morning when she was pulling them off they pulled a lot around my face.

I just noticed tonight that I have red blotches on my chin and around my hairline.  They do not itch but feel kinda sore.  They are also not raised like hives.

 

Has anyone had this happen?  It's freaking me out.

They will go away. Wash your face well and give it a day or 2.

Yes, they will go away,you probably are like me, I have really sensitive skin.
