Can titration cause fatigue, irritability and feeling depressed?

I had a titration study about two weeks ago.  I went from a pressure of 13.5 to 8.Can it take time to get adjusted to the new settings?  Is this normal?I'm seeing a sleep dr next Thursday. Thanks MuchContinue
