I have heard of this being done, but never tried it. I wonder about the wax reaction to the masks seal and durability?
Yup, Mack's Silicone Ear Plugs. Cheap and effective. Depending on whether just the bridge of the nose area or a larger area, take 1/2 or a full "plug", roll it in your palms to form a thin rope or tape and lay it on the mask cushion in the area needed, then don your mask. The warmth of yuor facial skin will finish the sealing. It will usually last 2-4 nights. Then just remove and replace w/a new one.
Dan--I don't know about effects to mask--I didn't know enough at the time to ask. However, this guy's very spontaneous and concerned with mask care--I'd have thought if it affected the mask he'd have mentioned it. All I know is he uses as do a couple of other people he knows.
LOL re: your new mattress!!

I have also heard of some folks using Mole Skin for nose bridge leaks.
And don't forget Padacheeks for both bridge of the nose and if you have problems w/strap marks, etc. Hose covers too.
