Poli Grip strips

Has anyone used these to stop the mouth breathing? If so, good or bad experiences? Best way to use them?? As usual, thanks again for all the great advice!!

I think I read somewhere back that there was talk of discontinuing the strips, but I still see them on some of the store shelves around here.

I found some at Wal Mart and am trying them tonight.
