Lee, Welcome, your blog is very positive towards CPAP which is great as some people start out with a negative attitude and I think that is why a large percentage fail.
Your sleep routine doesn't sound the best not sure if breaking it up gives you quality sleep which is more important than the quantity of sleep. Good Luck.
