I am totally new to this site, so forgive me if this question has already been asked. But has anyone ever used Nature's Rite Herbel sleep anpnea relief. I have severe sleep apnea and have been using the cpap machine for 5yrs and it does not help. I have gone thru all types of mask, but im still extremely tired during the day and now i have started falling asleep...its getting worse. I don't have insurance so my options are very limited. Any feed back would be greatly appreciated.  :)

welcome, Pam. we're happy to have you here. Unfortunately, i don't think much of Nature's Rite herbal sleep apnea relief: you can see what i've written about it before at http://www.sleepguide.com/forum/topics/natures-rite-ridiculous

have you considered the dental device?
do you have apap to check how you are really doing

if the herbs are really cheap go ahead and try them
these herbal remadey seem to be expensive to me

if you want to try something try Kelp it is very cheap and inexsensive

but keep up your cpap
There is one food you can eat at bedtime which can send you straight to sleep.
It’s a banana.
I don’t recommend eating one during the day because it disrupts your blood sugar balance, which affects your brain and your mind. Doing that during the day makes you LESS likely to sleep.
However, last thing at night eating a banana does something really clever....
By sending your blood sugar levels up at that time, it makes it easier for the amino acid tryptophan to get into your brain.
What's so important about tryptophan? Well, tryptophan is converted into serotonin and melatonin. And these brain chemicals are key to getting and staying asleep.
So when you are battling insomnia eating a banana last thing at night can make a massive difference.
hi do you run a business in Georgea
Thanks, really appreciate the info. Thought it sounded to good to be true.. :)
