"hi, I use a hybrid mask but find that the nasal pillows pop out under higher pressures. I have experimented with various ways of keeping them in (elastics, etc.) but nothing works completely. Does anyone have this problem and have you found solutions? Also, I would be most interested if anyone knows about someone who customizes masks. Thanks, A. Caspary"

I had the same problem and the only solution was to switch to a full face mask. There is a company in Australia, Acurest Logical® Sleep Mask, that custom fits masks. I don't know much about it though. They are supposed to be working on a U.S. location.
I used a strip of 1 inch 3M medical tape across the nasal pillow. Worked great for me.
What is your pressure?
The hybrid had those issues. The liberty (resmed) worked that problem out, but still there's room for improvement. Now why are there Higher pressures, You should only have one pressure.
