i have been taking a certain cheap suppliment and although a do not feel any better thare are definate signs of improvement

kelp very cheap and i good for the thyriod
best taken on an emty stomach and wait an hour before eating any food
ideal time is when you get up in the middle of the night

Good going, 99. If you use your CPAP on a continuous basis I think you can attribute it to compliance.
