Is sleep music help my apnea?
Recently one of my friends told me that my sleep apnea would be cured by sleep music, and he recommended two websites soundsleep.com & free-sleep-music.com, but I am not sure if those music really helped, does anyone in this forum know if those natural music would ease my disease? Thanks a lot!

Very wishful thinking. Sleep apnea will not be helped with music. It CAN calm you enough to make it easier to use the mask and machine, but the music alone will not help.
Keep using your machine and mask. You are treating your sleep apnea aren't you?

Yeah, I have been using machine and mask with my sleep apnea, but changed little, do you have other suggestions other than those machines?

sleep music does not help sleep apnea, it may help you to sleep but it does not help apnea

Man I wish! I think, though, that music disturbs sleep like TV the same as does TV. talk radio, & other audio stimuli.
