I need your help with head measurements for the Anti Leak strap

Hello All,

I need help with the measurement around your head while wearing a nasal mask or a Full Face mask.

I am trying to determine if I can make a one length Anti Leak strap work for 90% of the people. This is for Nasal Masks and Full Face Masks.
If you want to help:

Please list your mask name and the length around your head near the area above your ears. Start at one side where the elbow attaches to the body of the mask and end at the other side where the elbow attaches to the mask. I will add the appropriate overlap for the velcro to that measurment myself.

So to give you an idea of what it is I am looking for, it may look like this:

Mirage Quattro 25 inches

Thank you for all your help.
I hope to make some Anti Leak straps for any and all masks someday. Big plans, I know. With your help I will be one step closer.

Not trying to put you on the spot or steal your idea but how can your product stop leaks that occur at the mask. In my mind all you could do is make the mask tighter. Inquiring minds want to know.
Hello Joe,
I am not for sure how it works myself. I had started by designing a strap for the Quattro that I called the Stability Strap to keep it from moving around so much. To my surprise the gentleman who tested it for me said it stopped his leaks with his Quattro and he showed the graphs before and after using the strap. I was pleased that it helped the leaks.
I talked to a sleep tech who told me when they saw my Stabilty strap that they had rigged something like that for their sleep lab patients with leaks and it worked so she felt what I had designed would be a blessing to many.
I am guessing that it provides pressure in a way that the sides are pressed more and that prevents the leaks.
I just know that there are many people now using the one I desingned and are reporting good results.

Thank you for your question Joe.

This doesn't jive at all with your measurement of 25 inches. From attachment to attachment behind my head at ear level I got 16 1/2. Did you mean to include the body of the mask?

Mary,
I am sorry if I was not clear. I measured from the center of the mask in front of my face where the hose comes into the mask then all the way around my head to the center of the mask in front of my face again. I hope this is more clear as to the measurement that I am looking for.
Thank you Mary for asking.

22 inches. Not including the hose connection part, but right above it, center to center.
Small quattro mask.

Just wondered if there were any others out there that can help me with this measurement.
Thanks ahead of time.
