I have a large and medium mask. They both leak at the same place. Where the jawbone changes from going down and starts angling towards the point of my jaw. Since I am more than pleasingly plump I would be surprised to find that I need a small mask. I tried a pad-a-cheek full face liner. I thought it was helping but my leaks are still around 50.

Should this mask go under my chin? Also, I read that it should cling to my face. It doesn't feel like it is clinging. I like this mask since it is soft and after trying many, many masks this one does not leak in my eyes. I'm having cataract surgery soon and I can't have air blowing in my eyes. My pressure is 18/14. Thanks

What mask are you using?
I'd never heard of the Roscoe either Rock.  Just found it http://www.ezcpap.com/roscoefullfacemask.aspx

I have never seen that mask before. Just looking at I would say that your chances of getting a good fit are slim at least.

I am really late following up on this. I did figure out how to adjust the Roscoe full face mask. The bottom does go under my chin. Don't know if that is what it is designed to do but it works for me. Now that I have it adjusted I love it. The leaks are way down and the mask is so comfortable.
