I just took the assessment myself. I did not fair to well. My diet is not so good these days.

sorry to hear that, Rock. I hope it's not something acute that diet and exercise won't put a dent in.

After my wife's pregnancy, I put on even more weight. I am putting off weighing myself again. This is the kick in the butt I need to do it.
I tyoo understand the weight gain that a new baby can bring. My problems are diet and my ongoing struggle with nicotine. yes I know I need to quit. it is proving to be the hardest thing I have ever done. For now I am happy that I have been able to cut way back. My BMI just passed the 30% mark for the first time in my life. 6'2" 260lbs! My wife and I are doing a one week detox starting tomorrow. Smoothies and water for 72 hours oh my! This will be followed by another cleansing diet for the final 4 days. our goal is to weed out the toxins and start over. I have been doing quite a bit of research on shift work and the problems that sometimes come with it. I believe that I have the right knowledge. Hopefully I will be able to apply it. I start Chantix next week. Wish me luck!
Good luck, Rock Hinkle. You do NOT want to end up where I am! Take my word for it.
Good Luck, Rock...I hope all goes well for you.....What is Chantix? Claudette
