Karen, I thought it was a pretty good video. Small thing, but I do believe she did not know how quiet the new machines and masks can be. Though with seven people in a room running cpaps it could get a little noisy. I was especially intrigued by the new Respironics easy life mask. Good presentation of your products- nice to see. I don't think it would scare people off of trying cpap.

I agree Mary, I do wish she had tried the new Phillips Respironics PR System 1 APAP. I have one and it is so quiet.
I also understand the ResMed S9 APAP is also very quiet. I hope they continue to make masks that are more comfortable. I hope more people get treatment because of this segment.
