Two steps forward, one step backward, Christine. Sometimes that happens. What brand and model CPAP do you have? If we know that we will know if it is fully data capable or not. And if it is fully data capable we MAY be able to tell you how to access your nightly data. If it is fully data capable in all likelihood that data will tell us what went on last night.
It can take a while to get fully acclimated to CPAP therapy. Some Patience, some Persistence and a Good Sense of Humor can get you thru that acclimation - along w/some advice and support from your sleep doctor, your local DME supplier's RRT and us. The folks here are sleepguide are a tremendous asset as you get acclimated to CPAP therapy.
Well, I was just checking the stats on my machine and I think I have actually improved some..I'm not sure exactly what all the numbers mean, but here goes.....
Usage
7.6 -7 day
6.24 -30 day
Sessions
7 sessions -7 day
16 sessions -30 day
System leak
39.1 -7 day
39,9 -30 day
Apn-Hyp
AHI 2.1 -7 day
AHI 3.0 -30 day
Therapy hours 120.2
Blower 121.4
Total Sessions 16
One thing that I have noticed is that the machine doesn't feel as though it is blowing as hard as it did when I first started. Could that be because I am getting use to it?
Oh yeah, I'm still liking the FullLife mask.
I do have a question..is it ok to loosen the straps when I take the mask off in the morning? I haven't quite figured out how to take it off without doing that.
Those numbers look really good to me. Usage is the number of hours, on average, you used the machine over a 7 and 30 day period. Your leak numbers looked good <40. Your AHI is an average of the number of times you stopped breathing or had trouble breathing -- your AHI is ~3.0, which is good. "Normal" is considered less than 5.0, so you beat that. To answer your question about the blower feeling less strong to you recently, the strength of the blowing could vary if you have an Auto-Adjusting CPAP. Do you?
Also, I don't see a reason why it wouldn't be ok to loosen the straps to take off your mask, as long as you re-adjust properly when you put it on again.

Your data looks great. You have to keep in mind that prior to PAP therapy you went a very long time not sleeping well. Pap is also a very big shock to your system. It takes time for your body and mind to adjust to a comfort zone. Our physiology is set up to preserve itself for as long as it can. untreated apnea puts your body into a state of red alert. Sometimes it can take some time for your body to accept that the threat level has gone down. I call it "Mental Bureaucracy." It is a way for your neurons to inflate their egos and pad their paychecks. LOL
