the times in the past were i woke up with a racing heart and in a panic was always after heavy exercise.....therefore would one need a higher pressure to avoid airway collapse after heavy exercise? do our muscles relax more in our airway after heavy exercise? any insight on this would be appreciated

I cant read your entire discussion it got cut off? I have however woke up with a racing heart and my doc toldme that was because I stopped breathing and it puts your mind in a state of panic untill you wake up to get more oxegen. Then it slows down and you go back to sleep. I have not had an issue with excersize causing this to increase this issue. I am thinking its not related, but it could be? you might want to consult with your doctor.
