I used Brannons to get my machine back in 2009...last weekend the humidifier stopped working...I called them up and got a part; however, the part was used and it was crusty inside...I will never do business with Brannons...I'm of course going to have to call my doctor's office up and ask them for a new script and get my supplies with Apria...I have been very happy with Apria...I get my supplies and they are sealed...(my mask)...but it's been 2 years since I have had a new machine...my insurance said that I am elgible every calendar year...so why not...I was really disappointed with Brannons, my mask was opened and the respiratory tech smoked so my mask smelled like smoke...I went with Apria from then on, but then I thought I could probably get a new humidifier part for my machine, but it came and it was crusty...and the water chamber looked like it was used...it just came in a plastic bag...it wasn't sealed like if it was a new part...and when the company first got me the equipment...they told me that they don't rent out humidifiers because it's unsanitary and unhygenic...yeah, so why are they sending me a crusty one...and it wasn't the one for my machine...you would think that they would look up my account and order me a replacement based on my previous order from 2 years ago...they had to ask me which humidifier I had...dumb asses...
