dry mouth with full face mask.
My biggest problem is waking up every 2-3 hours with my mouth feeling like the Sahara desert. I'm so dry I gag. so I get up, take off the mask and get a drink of water, put mask back on and try to sleep. All I want is a one good nights sleep, I'm so tired all the time, I'm up throughout the nite. Sometimes I just don't bother putting mask back on around 5am and get 2 hours sleep, but my
snoring wakes everyone in the house up. Is there a solution to this problem? or do I just have to live with it?? Need input please!!

Breath that is foul, rancid, corrupt, fusty, grody, gross, icky, loathsome, lousy, malodorous, mephitic, noisome, noxious, offensive, putrid, rank, reeking, repugnant, repulsive, revolting, rotten, smelly, stenchy, stinking, stinky, strong, yecchy, yucky.

Pong is most commonly caused by sleeping with your feet on the wall. :):)

No. It is not beneficial bacteria in the mouth that protects the teeth and gum. Enzymes in saliva protect the teeth and gums. You can wash them out, but in a healthy person they return in a matter of a few minutes as more saliva is produced.

I tried the Biotene product and it does help, the moisture gel. But still having problems, mask starts leaking in 2-3 hours and I have to stop machine, take off mask and reapply. My DME co. LPN is coming for follow up visit next week, maybe she will have a 'fix'.

fisher paykel 600 series CPAP machine has wire tubing which heats the air coming from the cpap machine and will provide vastly more humidity than any other machine on the market.
