Dream Water - Would You Guys Try it?
Saw this ad for Dream Water, a new product that's supposed to induce sleep -- i think it contains melatonin and tryptophan, the stuff that makes you sleepy in Thanksgiving turkey ;-) :

It's even available on Amazon.com. I might try the shot size if I came across it in the drugstore, but then again it's $20/6pack (on their web site), so I just talked myself out of it. The individual ingredients are readily available at drug and health food stores So I might try teaming up GABA, melatonin, and 5 HTP.
