Dr. Park's Expert Interview With Dr. Richard Quinttus on Oral Systemic Balance

Please join me for my next Expert Interview as I invite Dr. Richard Quinttus to speak to us about Oral Systemic Balance (OSB) therapy. There are a number of different dental/orthodontic techniques to not only align our teeth, but also to improve our breathing passageways by widening our upper and lower jaws. After hearing about OSB, it sounded almost too good to be true.

In this teleseminar, Dr. Quinttus will reveal:

- How poor breathing due to narrowed upper airway breathing can lead to or aggravate anxiety, fatigue, muscle aches, headaches, snoring, sleep apnea, forward head posture, and constant throat clearing.

- How to optimize breathing by allowing the relationship between the tongue, jaw, throat and spone to balance.

- How this device aids the tongue in moving forward

- And much, much more…

It was amazing to learn tonight that "you are your adrenaline".

Also, all these decades, I thought cigarette smoking eventually causes difficulty breathing. It was amazing to learn tonight that difficulty breathing causes cigarette smoking!

Thank you so much Dr. Park and Dr. Quinttus!
A couple of additional thoughts about last night's interview, does anyone now think the terminology "sleep-disordered breathing" is incorrect? Who can coin a good new terminology? 24-hour-disordered breathing?

I also noticed the terminology "adrenaline hell". This is a very good description of what many patients are going through when they are untreated.
Here is a good detailed description of a fibromyalgia patient's experience with OSB - http://fibrofriends.typepad.com/fibro_friends/oral_systemic_balance/
There are many people who are using CPAP, achieving a very low AHI, yet they still report feeling poorly. The interview made it very clear why this is. They are only treating their breathing problem while they are in bed. The other 16 hours or so each day it remains untreated.

Sorry for the short choppy posts - multi-tasking on a busy work morning.
