I haven't been feeling as well rested the past few weeks, and am looking for clues why that might be. So I downloaded my data for August/September, and this is what I found. Seems as if I might need to bump up the upper end of my range from 12 to something higher. Also, leak looks like a problem on some nights. Is it possible to make sense of a long-term picture like this one?

Everything looks great Mike. Personally I would not change a thing. It is very easy when you are on PAP therapy to put the blame on the treatment when things do not go well. I know that you have undergone quite a few changes in the last few months. The move alone had to add some mental stress. I have moved cross country several times. It is not easy. Your wife is in what her 2nd trimester? How is work going? You AHI is under 2. This is a good thing. Before changing your pressure make sure that every thing else is in a good balance. Otherwise a pressure change will not give you the results that you are looking for. As jnk would say that is just my opinion.
Hi Mike:

I agree with Rock -- this looks too good to mess with.

That's a very valid point, Rock. My instinct is always to scrutinize the data and not my own habits. But i do have a lot going on. My wife is 8 months pregnant and we moved across the country in June. That could be stressing me out more than I know. But the big thing that i think i can work on is a more regular sleeping schedule. These days, i go to sleep and wake up at all different hours, depending on what's going on.

Have you tried positional therapy to see if that has any impact for you? Maybe you have been in different position lately.
possible, although my AHI is still low, even in the position i've been sleeping in lately. I've heard good things about the Zzoma pillow. Maybe I'll try it out.
