Do you have a prescription for a bi-level? If so the most reputable site I know of for a good lightly used bi-level would be cpapauction.com

I would be very leery buying from craigslist unless the buyer lived close enough I could go to see and check out the bi-level for myself - including turning it on and attaching your mask to check for any odors that may be difficult if not impossible to eliminate. You also want to know before hand how to access the total hours of usage on the bi-level. Access varies from brand to brand.
