Leaving for a long awaited "Mom's break to Tahoe, CA. If I don't have a altitude adj. button on my CPAP, Puritan Bennett Goodnight 420, do I turn up the pressure to make up for altitude?

Are you guys willing to go back to this desert/humidity question of mine? I really do have some concerns about it because of the side effects of CPAP I get related to dryness. I'll be out there for 11 days and it makes me nervous to think I might get stuck in a situation I can't control, climate-wise.....

I'm going to Arizona for 2 weeks the end of November into December. Has anyone been in the desert with CPAP? If so, were there any issues in going from your normal climate to hot and DRY, DRY, DRY??? I'm concerned 'cause I've had ongoing problems, off and on, with my sinuses getting all screwed up related to moisture level--I run 4 to 5 constantly on CPAP to control it.....what will happen when I'm in a really dry environment??? Makes me nervous......
