I am delighted to announce that our friend Rock Hinkle has successfully passed his entrance examination and is now a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT).  This credential represents the highest standard in the field of sleep technology, and Rock and his family have much to be proud of.

Please join me in congratulating Rock Hinkle.

Congrats Rock. Welcome
CONGRATULATIONS: We needed this!!
Thanks everyone! My wife and I did finally get to celebrate. Some of our friends and family threw a nice little party for us last night. This morning is a reminder of why I do not drink very often. LOL! I guess it is not morning anymore. Are headaches supposed to last this long?;-)
LMAO. At one time I could match hubby drink for drink - the only time I ever woke up "chipper" in the morning. While he suffered thru various degrees of hangover. One particular night we got to a bar just after the band started. It was "dead". We never missed a dance and had the joint rocking in no time! We were caught by surprise when the waitress came around for last call. When we each asked her to bring us two drinks, she just shook her head and said "watch the bartender when I get your order". We did. He looked at us and shook his head. When she returned w/the 4 drinks - they were free! More than once we had a "dead joint" rocking before we left. Most of the bands and bartenders were ecstatic when we walked in!!!

I always said my first hangover would be my last. That day finally came. Now I start out w/one, maybe two, frozen margaritas, then switch to Coke for the rest of the night. A lesson I learned from my mom and stepdad when I used to go dancing w/them.
Congrats. It seems as if you are son your way! Good for you!
Normally when I go out I will do shots with my friends as they come around. In between I drink coke and shake my booty. This allows me to stay loose without getting to crazy. We usually go out in very large groups. I also know most of tenders in my area. They are usually glad to see us. As an ex mixologist you really have to go out of your way to get a bad tip from me.

Oh yeah, having worked as a bar waitress for 9 weeks hubby and I have always rewarded good service. The waitress we had the night I mentioned was w/o a doubt the BEST waitress we EVER had! She never pushed the drinks but just about the time we thought it might be time to order a drink she would appear out of nowhere as if she had ESP and read our thoughts.
Congrats Rock! Long time no talk.....
