Anyone check the Zeo out? http://www.myzeo.com/ Seems like a pretty cool gadget for bringing some of the sleep lab home with you.

Very interesting. It gives you sleep stages, but I don't think it measures breathing parameters.
i don't think so either, Dr. Park. Here is a photo of the sleep monitor, for those interested:

Could people keep posting about this. Is it worthwhile?
In a way I wish some of these gadgets could be in a lending library of sorts. I think this would be especially cool -- but probably wouldn't use it very often to warrant buying it (in my case).
I doubt anyone on the forum has had the opportunity to buy and use it yet. It's a pretty new gadget, and not very well known yet.

here's a video on the Zeo device:

W/my slow speed dial up I don't "do" videos. However, ProfessorEd, over at cpaptalk.com recently ordered the Zeo. It will be interesting to see his comments after using it. There "is" a 30 day money-back guarantee.

This Zeo was first brought to the attention of those at cpaptalk in 2007. For the two page thread see:

SleepTracker and WatchPAT are two other interesting devices.

My latest sleep study shows I obtained just 3 hours of sleep with 7% REM and 0% N3. My sleep doc believes this is what I experience on a nightly basis and thinks my dental appliance therapy is working but I'm just not obtaining enough restorative sleep.

It'll be interesting to compare sleep stages from normal nights at home and what I obtained the night of my recent study. The Zeo was delivered to my door today. I'll be sure to give a review after a few nights. Obviously, I'll have to take the Zeo data with a grain of salt but it's worth a look.
bigsky -- sounds great. i hope it's as good as it sounds. eager to hear what you think.
