Used my CPAP nasal pillows first time after septoplasty and turbinate reduction . Will be 3 weeks tomorrow. Had lots of dreams! Yeah! ANd AHI was .8. Hope it is an ongoing trend. No stuffiness at all during the night.

Wow - Brilliant!
Well, ever since I started CPAP it has always been below 5 but seldom below 1. So I am hoping it will be on the lower side now. maybe I will be able to lower my pressure! My AHI during sleep study was 10.

Well done Ginny, try to keep things consistent now, your AHI may go up and down but hopefully it will stay well below 5.
do not become overconfident in your treatment or your numbers
use your CPAP as often as you can
your numbers are a best calculation by your machine to obtain more accuracy use a PSG

what's probably more important is how you feel rather than the numbers
Ginny, it's good that the surgery helped your CPAP treatment. Dr. Park is supportive of nasal surgeries that open the airway. Your numbers improved with the same pressure.
My AHI numbers are so good (pre-CPAP=50 to average 0.3), I'm delaying having the ENT touch my nose. In my case, the ENT would just slice a bit of cartilage off within my nose, thus my nasal pillow would fit better.
