i ended up with a trach

ive had a trach for 6 years now due to sleep apnea and i think with all the lung infections and pain i get i was better off with sleep apnea,is anyone else in the same boat im in,,

- I will need one while i have surgery to reconstruct my jaw. i know what you are going through they are no fun i have had them before.. i know people live with them but i don't feel i could and i am so afraid that i may have to. i would be depressed and that may kill my spirit for life. i don't think it has effected yours. you seem to have adjusted well.
