- Hi ValerieRose..How've you been???Hope everything is going your way! All is well here. Just got my CPAP machine last week, I'm doing ok but I find it hard to use all night, i'm trying though. I'm really lucky compared to some of the people here on the site. I don't have alot of issues with sleep..I think i've become used to not getting much now. But the machine HAS helped me... I don't have issues with sleepiness during the day, actually I NEVER did. So sometimes when I read other peoples notes and comments ,I feel like i won't be accepted because I don't have the same complaints as most...Is this normal???

- The beginning of this journey can be tough. Having sleep apnea wreck havoc with our bodies is even worse. It takes time and patiences to make it work, but is well worth the effort.
