I understand that. I'm very new as well and this site has helped a lot. You can't ask a question when you don't even know what to ask. I was taken so by surprise when I got my sleep test done. After years of so many pills and so many Doctors. I still find it hard to believe.
It makes since now. Did you hear the webinair that Dr. Park(ENT) had a guest speaker Dr.Teliebalum (SP). If you get a chance go to Dr Steven Parks web site and listen. He ,himself suffered from chronic fatigue while going to Med School. and had to leave until he could feel better. He gave a lot of good information, I wrote most of it down. Then woke up with music playing in my ear! It's so difficult for me to stay awake in the day time. And now I have fear of going to sleep at night now knowing what can happen.
