- I started a hormone replacement therapy (testosterone and DHEA) in October along with some D3, B-2 and Omega 3 EPA and DHA. My central apnea has reduced to a very minimal level. I have been sleeping better the last few weeks than I have in years. I still use good sleep position practices to minimize potential CSA.
