I have heard conflicting stories of whether dreaming usually happens when you are in REM sleep. Anybody else heard of that??

- No, just a forum member like yourself.
It was through the help of forums, such as this one, that allowed me to tweak my therapy and get the benefits from cpap. I am just paying it forward by doing what I can.
