- Thanks Mary for your reply and welcome. I feel a little torn about adding comments as I work in this field and I do not wish to be seen to have a commercial slant or bias. I work for ResMed in the newly acquired Narval mandibular repositioning device product line. My role is international business development - primarily focused on Europe at present. Where I can help inform without commercial bias I will do so - I respect the fact that this is a users forum.

- Adrian, glad you keep chiming in with pertinent information. Sounds like you have a world of experience with sleep disorders and especially oral appliance therapy. We don't know nearly enough about oral appliance therapy on sleepguide and I think the opinions are mainly negative. Maybe you could tell us more about what you do. Thanks for the comment on the tongue scalloping and bruxism.
