Julie, I don't know of anyone who has consistently played the digeridoo on this forum.
From what I understand it requires practice of 30 minutes four or more times a week and isn't easy to master. Then I don't think it would be easy to get tested with a sleep study to determine it's effectiveness. For most of us far easier and far surer (as determined by actual numbers from data capable machines) to just wear the XPAP every night.
