I'm a cardiologist in Midtown Manhattan with an interest in sleep apnea as it pertains to the heart. Cardiovascular repercussions of sleep apnea are plentiful and this is an active area of research. Tell me, do you rely on the local DME providers' RRTs to provide the education, support and advice to your new xPAP patients, or do you have your own staff that you rely on for that?
I'm really not as crusty as I sound. Underneath I have a heart of gold - some say as hard and as cold - but they're just jealous. LOL
