A bunch of members have asked me how to post their data to the site, including sleep study results and daily data results. First off, let me ask you not to post anything you are not willing to make public. Everything posted on this site is public and available for anyone to see, even non-members. But for those of you like me who aren't hung up on keeping this stuff private, what you can do is:

1. scan a document or take a picture of it so that it is in JPEG format
2. go to the SleepGuide site and click "Add a Discussion" on the top right-hand corner of the Discussions page
3. click on the little picture icon that appears in the tool bar for the new post
4. upload your JPEG file --- the JPEG file will appear wherever you want it to in the text of the post -- you can enter text before or after the insertion of the image

For those of you without a scanner or digital camera, but who have the software and card reader to obtain data off your machines:

1. Google the Cute PDF writer application and install it so that when you print your report, one option will be to print to the Cute PDF writer, which will save your report as a PDF document
2. Open the PDF, and using the "Select Tool" under the Tool menu, select the portion of the report you want to insert into your post
3. Use the "Save As" under the File menu to save that portion of the report as a JPEG file
4. Then go through steps 2-4, above

I've included the summary page for my December usage and the first few days of January below. Looks like my AHI is low, which is great, but that my leak rate is hovering around the point where I should be worried. I'll see what I can do to reduce the likelihood of mask leak tonight.

Judy,

It's easy to post a pdf too (doesn't have to be a jpg). If you start a discussion, go to the bottom of the screen and there will be a prompt to "attach file(s)" -- that should do the trick -- just find the pdf and then post it. Let us know if you still have trouble. If you do, we'll arrange for you to email it to us and then we'll post it.

Hey, Mike,

I had a recent bi-level PSG titration and the print out was quite, quite different from any I've seen. I thought I would post it here, but while I can make it a pdf file I can change it to a jpg even following the directions you posted. There's nothing in my tool bar that allows me to change it to a jpg. Any chance I could e-mail it to you and you post it for me?
