Welcome to the SleepGuide.com group! We're always happy to see new members and please post anything you want to ask or have to say on the Discussions part of the site. That is where we all go to give and receive information that is beneficial to any and everyone. I hope you like the group and cannot wait to see your first post on the Discussions........

By the way, I was dx'd with Central Sleep Apnea this past April or May 2008 and am currently using a Bi-PAP Auto SV unit. The Auto SV unit has 3 settings on it and mine is set to 14-4-14. The 3rd setting is set to make you breathe when your brain fails to do so. I love this new machine and it is really making a difference in my life. I am getting a new nasal mask on Monday - so watch for my post on Discussions on Tuesday, as I will update the group as to the type of mask it is, who the maker is, and how I like it or slept with it. I currently use nose pillows, but they are causing a lot of dryness and sore way up in the nose - not happy about that.

Just wanted to welcome you to the group and hope to hear from you soon!

Welcome!
