Hi Michael!! Welcome to Sleep Guide. This is a GREAT place to find information and wonderful support from people who truly get it. There a re a lot of patients, I being one of them. AND there are a # of sleep experts, all the way from techs to MDs and everything in between. These folks volunteer tons of their personal time to provide support for us with apnea. There are people in all stages of illness and treatment. I noticed you said you're not in treatment. I think you'll find that the more you're able to share about your situation and how you feel about it, the more info/support you'll find here. People on SleepGuide honestly care about both the issue AND about us patients. Many of the pros have apnea too.

We'll be interested in hearing about you, as much as you feel you can share. It may be a little quieter on here the next couple of days due to the holiday weekend. But generally speaking, there's a lot of activity 24/7. I'm gonna send you a friend invitation which means that you and I will go about our own business on SG, but kinda keep a special eye out for how things are going. You can have as many friends as you'd like so feel free to invite someone, or accept an invitation if you feel it would be helpful. No one will intrude on you. All will support you.
