Did you realize constant headaches can be from sleep apnea? I didn't realize that and suffered for a few years with headaches in the night and upon awakening. Sometimes the headaches lasted most of the day -- sometimes not. My headaches have gotten a lot better with cpap.
Snoring doesn't have to be consistent as well. Depending upon several factors that could be influencing it.
